Judge lowers bail for Cedar Rapids stabbing case
Cedar Rapids judge cut Charmisha Pirtle’s bail from 500000 cash to 100000 cash or surety in the January fatal stabbing of Anthony Fitts, a father of two, with defense seeking 25000. Pirtle faces second degree murder and domestic assault charges. trial set for December in Linn County District Court.
