Beth Taylor, a 26 year old from West Des Moines, rolled her 1994 Saturn off H17 five miles northwest of Creston in heavy rain. A 911 caller guided by Union County Dispatcher Jo Anne Duckworth kept her calm until Von Tull and Creston Fire crews freed her five minutes later as sirens approached.
