United Way Names New Executive Director
Richard David of Bloomington Illinois is named executive director of United Way of East Central Iowa and will start August 15. He succeeds Tim Nawn who left to lead United Way of Wayne County Indiana. David has led United Way in McLean County Illinois since 1983 and will reside in Cedar Rapids with his wife Jan.
