Linn judge denies venue change in Cedar Rapids murder case
Linn County District Court will hear the murder case of Tash Ross in Cedar Rapids with Chief Judge Patrick Grady noting pretrial publicity is not pervasive enough to force a venue change. Ross faces first degree murder and related counts for a Sept. 22, 2012 shooting that killed Latasha Roundtree. Other defendants include Libian Muhidin Adrian Kenney Jeremiah Ellis and Yasin Muhidin with trial dates set for Oct. 6 for Ellis and Yasin Muhidin.
