Senior center marks International Dance Day celebration
Russell Karkowski of Iowa City performs Tuesday with the Combined Efforts Theatre inclusive dance group during the Iowa City Johnson County Senior Center event. A 2009 head injury left the local woodworker and founder of Iowa Artisans Gallery with muscle control issues. Shirley Myers performs with the center’s dance team during the celebration.
