Addi Ugogo a 61 year old Ethiopian born alien was arrested in downtown Cedar Rapids Tuesday night by Detective L B Marshall and Immigration Officer Wilson V Nobeck of the U S Immigration and Naturalization Service in Omaha. Ugogo reportedly entered from Mexico and came to Cedar Rapids from Moberly Missouri April 21. He has been employed in a local hotel and was handed to Omaha immigration officials for deportation.
