China Gives Arabs Only Moral Suppers
Cairo AP A Presidential adviser Mahmoud Riad returned from Communist China with what Al Abram reported as moral support but no military or economic aid. China cannot help Arabs militarily due to lack of advanced weapons from the Soviet Union, nor economically due to limited national income. Premier Zhou Enlai reportedly said China can only help morally, while Beijing pressures the United States and Russia.
