Rain expected across Eastern Iowa with possible hail and 2 inches plus

The National Weather Service Quad Cities bureau warns unsettled conditions from today through Sunday. Thunderstorms, some severe, could bring large hail and strong winds with a total rainfall up to 3 inches in parts along and west of the Mississippi. Eastern Iowa towns such as Cedar Rapids and the Quad Cities may see 2 or more inches, raising flood risk as river rises.
