Governor's Day at Iowa U ROTC to honor Gov Ray

Iowa Gov. Robert D. Ray will be saluted by ROTC cadets at the University of Iowa for the 85th Governor's Day. The event starts at 10 a.m. with honor guards and a parade ground review of about 700 cadets, followed by awards and comments.
