The City Planning Commission unanimously rejected Triple Crown Estates by Robson Homes 129 townhouse units on 18 acres near Williams Boulevard SW Tarpy Drive and Julie Lane amid neighbor opposition over excessive density and limited access. City staff cited acceptable density but residents warned of traffic and road capacity. The project faced a June council vote with buildout planned up to 2021 and traffic projections of 896 additional daily trips.
