Prospect Meadows plan comeback in Iowa sales tax bill
Iowa Senate reverses course to approve an amended sales tax rebate plan up to 2.5 million over 10 years for Prospect Meadows and a Field of Dreams style project near Marion. The bill sets a 5 million cap, requires financial plans to pass through Economic Development Authority and Vision Town approval, and moves to the House.
