Waukon Man's Bond Revoked in Marijuana Case
U S Attorney Charles Larson announced the revocation of Eugene Myers's $50,000 bond after pretrial findings of noncompliance with urine testing and electronic monitoring. Myers, 48, of rural Waukon, is charged with manufacturing and attempting to manufacture marijuana at his farm, where 400 plants were found. He remains in Linn County Jail as investigations by the DEA IRS DNE and Allamakee County Sheriff proceed.
