Iowa Telecommunications Services of Newton says it will offer Income Deposit Securities IDSs representing stock plus senior subordinated notes in an IPO up to 725 million. Some IDSs will be sold by current investors with no proceeds to the company. Funds will repay debt.
Alliant Energy Corp filed a shelf registration with the SEC for up to 300 million in securities. IP&L and WP&L also filed for 210 million and 150 million respectively. Proceeds may fund capital contributions to domestic utilities.
