Iowa farmland values fall five percent in six months
The Iowa Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute reports the average price for an acre of good farmland dropped from 7372 to 6732 dollars from March 2015 to March 2016, a five percent six month decline and nine percent year over year. Declines reflect lower commodity prices and tighter supply.

CIPCO to Build 7 Million Solar Project Across Iowa
Central Iowa Power Cooperative plans a 5.5 megawatt solar addition at six sites in its service area.
