Cedar Rapids officials brief judges on new vehicular noise ordinance

Timothy H. Clements, 24, of 3710 Cottage Grove Ave, arrested at 2 15 a.m. Wednesday for drunk driving and speeding in the 3700 block of Cottage Grove Ave. Robert G. Hewitt, 19, of 2112 J St SW, arrested at 11 55 p.m. Tuesday at 15th Street and Eighth Avenue SW, charged with speeding. Burglars took valuables from two Cedar Rapids garages Tuesday night.

In a separate crash, E Lorraine Harris 69 of Beaman suffered ankle injuries after a two vehicle collision at 16th Ave and West Post Road SW.
