Breaks Jail at Lander Sam Norwood Escape from Fremont Jail
Sam Norwood formerly of Test Cabin Escapes Fremont County Jail in Lander on a Wednesday night last week. He had been arrested in Idaho for horse theft and brought back with horses hidden in his possession. He fled through a locked eel door and descended from a second story window via a blanket rope, suggesting inside help. Flo awaited trial and the district court evidence risked conviction.
