Two Small Blazes Prompt Fire Department Call
Two fires maintenance the afternoon and evening hours. At noon Nelson ice cream factory suffered interior damage of 150 from a gasoline stove am incident badly burning Mr Nelson. Later that night Japanese Georges cafe behind Hunders law office was found to be non fire and the flames were quenched before arrival. A suspected incendiary act left sawdust and shavings soaked with coal oil nearby and George vowed to pursue the culprit.

Pipeline deal firmed by King Powers associates near Landertow
Hon C J King spent Tuesday night in Lander in conference with Col Powers and associates where a pipeline to the oil fields near Landertow point just north of Shoshont was decided upon. Money is raised and a refinery will be built. Engineer Higby began surveys.
