Salt Creek Property Involves Franco Wyoming Company
The Franco Wyoming Oil Company suit against Joseph H Lobell and others, filed in 1910 and dismissed in 1912, is revived by the defendants’ demand. Receiver Frank Wood reported possession of 160 acres in section 1 township 40 north range 7 west with oil wells and mining claims, none of which generated income, and taxes paid up to 1911. The court orders revival of proceedings, requires a full report and inventory from Wood, and allows defendants to file accounts of costs. The case stands for further hearing at a later date.
