Mountain Oil Company to Operate on Large Scale

Dewey Jones arrived from Frentaind and attends school in Guaper. Heavy snow lingered a week in the state. The Mountain Oil company plans large scale drilling on Salt Creek leases early spring, with four additional drilling rigs to be purchased and put to work on their property. J Condit Smith and Burke of Cripple Creek arrived in Casper to arrange equipment. Twenty wells to be drilled across leases, and new hires to follow. A daughter was born to Mr and Mrs A A Chujanan. Natrona County Soda Lakes Driven by Gill Company

Natrona County’s soda lakes and a refinery form the Gill Soda Company asset. John D. Gill of Cheyenne owns most stock. output is readily sold, and the refinery near Casper plans to run at full force with warm weather. G. M. Binodes oversaw winter shipments. John J. Gill arrived in Cheyenne to secure supply for the Wyoming refinery. The company also owns Sole Lakes Hear Nation and aims to open additional property with the new Burlington line. Fined in Justice Court for False Pretenses

J. EK Henry was found guilty in justice court on Monday and fined land costs for obtaining money under false pretenses and ordered to return the money. The case involved borrowing money from Hert Orchard with a false promise of a postition at Lander.
