Five Suspects Arrested In County Horse Theft Case

Sheriff Sheftner returned from Lander in charge of Tom Crummer Volna Signor and Richard Dickerson three young men suspected in a western county horse theft ring. Two others, George Owens and H L Kuedler, were captured near DuHoise and brought to Lander. The party rode 710 miles in total with deputies, averaging over seventy five miles daily. The rustling spree had caused months of missing stock and officials aim to bring all guilty to justice.

State guard camp moves near Wheatland at Camp Carey
