Sioux City booster delegation including 21 commission men arrived in Casper for a welcome dinner at the Midwest hotel. Mayor Rohrbaugh and local leaders praised the visitors as they discussed packing plant capacity and future shipments. The group, led by George Parker and Y. A. Hartman, included stockmen, bankers, and business leaders and planned to return to Natrona County.

Man in Casper Jail Ends Life by Self Destruction
Jacob N Bugbee age 19 or 1 years was jailed Monday on charges of attempted rape of Pearl Bughee adopted daughter. He hanged himself in cell Tuesday night using a blanket rope. Coroner jury returned verdict of death by own action. Bugbee had come to Casper with an adopted daughter Pearl Bugbee 15. He deserted an invalid wife in Florence Colorado and helped build the Midwest hotel. A county jail inmate heard him praying Sunday night with final words God have mercy on me. He belonged to Milks lodge 1411 of Florence Colorado. lodge members notified by coroner Foshay who handled the body.
