Russell Law Caulfield Company forms in Greenwood

In Greenwood last week the Russell Law Caulfield Company Limited consolidates three mercantile firms into one giant concern. Capital is $100,000, with 100,000 shares of $1 each all subscribed locally. Plans include a brick two story block on Copper Street with 75 by 100 feet frontage and long cellars. Major shareholders are William Law J J Canfield Mayor Thomas Hardy James Russell and Dunesa McIntosh.
