Strike on the Elmore Mining Claim Grows
Frank Hutchinson of Rossland president of the Belcher Gold Mining Company visited the Elmore and Corydon Shamrock claims. About 72 feet exposed on the Elmore shows ore values from $5 to $18 per ton with copper pyrites and magnetic iron. Smith Curtie, promoter for Belcher, has gone east to arrange finances for large scale development.
