Rural Mail Delivery Route Changes Named for Carthage

Rural mail delivery out of Carthage will use Route No 1 serving Walnut Ridge and Riverside districts after official approval by James F Watson. A deputy survey for Greenfield Route No 3 also covers Walnut Ridge and Riverside. Carthage territory will shift to Route 1 and mail will be delivered to doors soon.
