Reverend Amos H Hill Dies Suddenly at Farm Home
Amos H Hill died Friday night at his farm residence west of town after a brief illness. Funeral services were held Monday at Walnut Ridge Church with Rev J O Binford and Rev Alfred Brown officiating. Born January 4 1827 in Randolph County Indiana, he lived a long Christian life, served as a minister, and leaves four children and many grandchildren. He was noted for hospitality, devotion to family, and unbroken communion with God.
