Black Diamond road project ready to start
Col. Albert E. Boone announced in Cleveland that all contracts for the Black Diamond road to Port Royal have been signed with an English syndicate backing the venture. He said the line will cost 59 million dollars, be double tracked throughout, and pass through rich mineral districts with very slight grades.
