Den 2 Scout Den Meets at Den Mother's Home

Cub Scout Den No 2 met Wednesday afternoon at Virginia Whitfield's home. They played games sang songs and practiced a skit for the pack meeting. Refreshments were served. Former resident dies after illness in Michigan

Sam Gold age 63 of Newaygo Michigan and formerly of Carthage died Tuesday morning at Fremont hospital after a sickness since February. Survived by wife Inez Gold son Samuel J. Gold of Detroit daughter Katherine Ferrer of Indianapolis three brothers and eight grandchildren. Services were held Thursday at Newaygo.
