Marshal makes two arrests this week
Marshal Hugh Trowbridge arrested Orville Childers of Columbus Ohio an employee of the Gooding Amusement Co for drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Childers was taken to Rushville jail then given medical attention after a Carthage fight. Ray Sample was arrested at 10 45 pm Wednesday for reckless driving and drunkenness in the 100 block of East Mill St remanded to Rushville jail with trial set for Thursday in Rushville City Court.
