The late Caro line M Righter's will probated in Rush circuit court on Wednesday bequeaths $5000 each to cousins Sarah Stager and Mabel McCarty, and $5000 to Lil lian R Coleman and William S Coleman receives a Ripley township farm. Trustee gifts of 500 each to four local causes and 300 to Scott Bicknell, with remaining real and personal estate left to Coleman who also serves as executrix. The will dated December 10 1926 was witnessed by Douglass Morris and Hannah Morris.

Carthage hosted its first band concert of the season last Saturday night led by Henry Stinger of Indianapolis.
