The Church Federation begins a Sunday afternoon series at the Auditorium next Sunday at 2 PM with Rev A J Coll from Christi Church Congregational singing. Riverside Church hosts a 7 PM service with a five piece orchestra.
J. F. Tweedy escaped injury when his eastbound auto skidded on a Monday afternoon near a street crossing west of the Tweedy residence. A Ford car ahead halted suddenly and Tweedy’s car struck, tearing off a wheel, breaking the windshield and bending fenders.

Weather in the region has been Indiana-like with clear sun and temperatures from 18 to 36 above zero.
Ralph Gray of Miami Light and Power Company in Miami is freed of blame by a coroner's jury in the death of Abraham S. Goldfarb of New York. The jury found Goldfarb died from his own negligence after his car struck by a speeding Cadillac.
