Irvin Binford Dies at 92 Following Ill Health
Irvin H. Binford aged 92 died Friday morning after a long illness. He farmed most of his life on the same property later sold to the Barrys, and was born in Rush County September 19 1866. He married Susan Phillips in 1893 who died in 1918. three children preceded him. Survived by nieces and nephews, he belonged to Charlottesville Friends church and attended Spiceland Academy and Earlham College. Funeral services were Sunday at Hampton Mortuary with Rev Harry Cooper officiating. burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery.

William George, 65, Route 1, Morristown, was fined $25 and costs for drunken driving after his 1949 model car left U S 52, smashed 150 feet of fence on Everett Ross farm, narrowly missed another vehicle, and ended on the north shoulder west of Rushville at 3 30 p m. Kimmell Herd Leads Rush County With High Butterfat Output
William S. Kimmell of Washington township posted an average 458.6 pounds of butterfat per cow for the year ending October 31 1958, with 12 010 pounds of milk per cow. His herd included two cows over 600 pounds and four over 500 pounds. Gene Gardner's Holstein herd of Ripley township was runner up at 455.9 pounds of butterfat and 12 035 pounds of milk per cow.

Rites planned for Alta Addison former Arlington resident
Alta Addison 48 died at her Greenfield home after a year long illness. She was born August 20 1910 near Greenfield daughter of Elmer C Mack Addison and Helen Dowl ing Addison. She lived in Arlington until 1935 then Greenfield where she helped run her father’s restaurant and tavern. She attended Arlington High School class of 1931 and Butler University. She survives by her parents a Greenfield brother William G Addison a niece Barbara Louise Addison and several aunts uncles and cousins.
