Ripley Two Quota Over-Subscribed in Fourth War Loan Drive
Rush County failed to meet its quota by February 12 1944 according to county chairman Lee I Endres. Ripley township and Rushville City were over subscribed with total sales of 80687 50 against a 74900 quota. Carthage and rural districts were combined for this drive reducing separate targets.
