Milroy posted its 11th win by defeating county rival Carthage 73-63 on CHL hardwood. Danny Jordan led Milroy with 21 points aided by John Spright with 20 and guards Meek and Ralston with 12 each. Carthage, led by Kit Porter with 27, dropped to 8-8 while Milroy improved to 11-? and also won the reserves 55-48.

Mrs Don Addison Dies After Five Weeks Ill
Mrs Marguerite S Addison 70 of R R 1 Knightstown died Sunday at Henry County Hospital following five weeks of ill health. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Hampton Mortuary Carthage with Rev Kenneth Shirk officiating. Burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Survived by husband Don Addison a daughter Isabel Gardner three sons Jesse Howard Lynn and a sister and several grandchildren. She was born July 21 1894 in Greenfield and married March 8 1914. 50th anniversary celebrated March 8 1964. She was a Carthage native and longtime resident on a farm north of Mays. She attended Carthage High School class of 1913 and belonged to Carthage Friends Church and Friendly Circle.
