An order notes complaints against defendants who are alleged non-residents of Indiana. The Henry Circuit Court in New Castle is set for February 20, 1964 to hear the case in their absence unless they appear. The document is signed and sealed by the court clerk.
Twenty two members gathered Tuesday at the Community Center for the Kappa Kappa Sigma Sorority Christmas meeting. Anita Gordon presided, a cash gift to Henry Henley Library was approved, and United Fund Drive donations totaled 487 dollars and 15 cents. Subsequ ent social time featured canasta and bridge with prizes to Pearson, Mosier, Everett Stanley, and Ralph Pearson. Refreshments included punch and cookies.
