Mrs. Dahlia Holloway Morris died November 25 at her Oswego home near Portland Oregon. Daughter of Captain David and Sue Holloway she was born at Walnut Ridge. She taught music at Pacific College after arriving in 1890 and married George Morris in 1892. They had six children. Her funeral was held November 27 in Newberg and she was buried in the Newberg cemetery.
