Landscaping aide helps Rush County farms and schools
Henry Gilbert of Purdue University spent two days in Rush County assisting farm families with landscaping and farmstead improvements. He helped Webb School and Carthage School grounds, aided 4-H members Neal and Harriet Kuhn and Joe Booth, and worked with families in Rushville and Posey Ripley and Center Townships. Gilbert plans to return next fall. contact the county extension office if interested. Local social notes mention Mrs. Howard E.
