Miss Ellis Honored With Bridal Shower

Miss Carol Ellis bride elect of Larry Marsh was honored at a Sunday April 16 bridal shower at 2 30 p m in the East St Christian Church basement with about forty five guests. Yellow and green colors decorated the event with a bride and groom gift table theme.

Miss Diane Lawson married Russell L. Reed in a double ring ceremony at First Presbyterian Church Greenfield. The bride wore a white linen A line gown with Venise lace trim and carried a yellow and green cymbidium orchid bouquet. The couple, from Greenfield, now reside on East National Road in their new home.

Seventeen Home Garden Club members attended a Tuesday workshop at the Community Center basement.
