Georgia Governor J M Terrell issues a proclamation offering a reward of 100 dollars for the arrest and delivery of an unknown person who burned the O S Parker barn in Carroll county on May 4 1907 and fled justice. State officers are ordered to pursue the suspect and bring them to trial.
Georgia Carroll County residents are notified that unless objections arise an order will grant the creation of a second class public road on the first Tuesday in June 1907. The road starts at the Temple and Rockmart road forks near Temple and runs north through lands owned by W L Kinney and others to the creek ford north of Asbery cemetery. May 7 1907.
