A notice states that unless a valid objection is shown an order will be granted on the first Tuesday in March 1908 establishing a second class public road in 642 District G M. The route crosses the Southern Railway Company on the north side, runs east along land lines between B J Rheeves and AB Bagwell, 250 yards to the Villa Rica and Rockmart road. Dated February 3 1908.

John Pleasant of Magnolia Indiana recalls a lesson from six years ago and praises Mr King’s New Life Pills. He reports better results the longer he uses them and notes the pills please everybody. Guaranteed at W. E. Johnson & Co druggists for 25 cents.
Guardianship petition filed by W E Mote for Earl W Muse and Jewell Grady Muse minors heirs of G W Muse Sr deceased. Hearing set for 10:00 a m on the first Monday in March at the Mote office. February 4 1908.
A mortgage foreclosure sale will occur at the Carrollton court house on the first Tuesday in March 1908 during legal hours. The property includes a bale of cotton about 585 lbs, 505 lbs seed cotton, about 78 bushels cottonseed, and 25 bushels corn.
