Mr Allen G Williams aged 76 died at his home Tuesday evening. His body was taken to Jordan graveyard for interment on Wednesday. The funeral was conducted by Rev W M Morgan. A native of Meriwether county he came here about 60 years ago and lived in the city about ten years. He was a member of the Christian church and is survived by his wife and late son Adda.
