Insurance suit yields Mrs Risinger $1092.09 in Indiana

Mrs Lillie E Risinger of Carlisle obtained a judgment for 1092 09 from The Federal Life Insurance Co Chicago on a life policy her husband Charles L Risinger held. The case tried November 4 1907 before Judge McMasters in Marion Superior Court Providence Room 1. Attorneys Arthur D Cutler and Holtzman Coleman represented the plaintiff while Judge Atkinson Larz Whitcomb and Hawkins Smith Hawkins defended the company.
