County teachers urged to attend with noted educators
A circular from Richard Park the county superintendent calls all Sullivan county teachers to the annual county institute at the Sullivan courthouse from August 25 to 29. Prominent instructors from Canada and the United States will lecture and a monologue by Edwin L Barker closes the program. Admission for nonmembers is 25 cents while the institute fee is 75 cents.
