Mr and Mrs Ralph R Tate announce the engagement of daughter Julie Ann to Maurice DeLos Perkins son of Mr and Mrs Maurice J Perkins of Bancroft Idaho The bride to be is a BYU graduate in Early Childhood Education and teaches in Provo Utah The groom elect will graduate from BYU with a BS in Political Science May 26 He served a LDS Mission in Alaska Canada in 1969 They plan to marry May 31 at the Salt Lake LDS Temple and hold a reception that night in Salt Lake City A open house is set for June 2 in the Chesterfield Ward cultural hall The couple will live in Florida where he reports to a naval base September 1 for a six year service term
