Sun subscription contest ends May 5 for youth earners

Thursday through Saturday mark the final window for young people in the Sun subscription contest to earn money and for subscribers to support a boy or girl. The entry closes at 5:00 p.m. Saturday May 5. Some youths have earned substantial commissions while others have yet to show strong results. A list of participating youngsters is published again to encourage supporters to pick one such as BAT-A708, Kim Roho Gay Stoddard.

Caribou County Assessor Bud Woodall reminds residents aged sixty five or older they may qualify for up to 75 dollars in home tax exemption. Miss Caribou County Pageant deadline moved up

The Miss Caribou County pageant deadline shifts to Friday May 4 with pageant director Mrs Kent Lott of Soda Springs coordinating. The event on June 22 at Soda Springs High School is part of Miss America and Lions Clubs sponsorship with contestants ages 17 to 27 who are female residents of Caribou County.

Car Wash to Open Under New North Main Management

A North Main car wash across the railroad tracks will reopen under new management. It will operate 24 hours daily with four car wash bays and a J truck wash bay and will feature new high pressure equipment.

Volunteers will check in and catalog the paintings at the library. For questions call Mrs. Elaine Johnson after 5 30 p.m. at 547 3506. The paintings will stay on display the rest of this week and next to allow those unable to attend P A to view them.
