Meads Home Burglarized as Jewelry and Cash Stolen
Jewelry and money valued over 300 dollars were taken from the home of William Meads at 50 West 2nd South. Break in occurred Friday June 22 between 1:30 and 5:30 PM. Police Chief Blynn B. Wilcos said the investigation continues.

Bancroft Man Appointed Flood Control Commissioner
Max L. Gratzer of Chesterfield has been named Commissioner of Flood Control District No. 5 at Bancroft by R. Keith Higginson, Director of Water Administration for Idaho. Appointed last February, Gratzer replaces Lafe Holbrook and will serve a three year term until February 1976 alongside J. Emerson Mabey and Vernon Moser.

On Monday June 25 Grace employees including three temporary helpers Kim Spencer Larry Christiansen and Kelly Goodsell joined with the County to oil one mile of Grace City streets. Budgeted cost is 12000 dollars and completion is expected within a week subject to weather. County Road Supervisor Albert Moore oversees the project with County assistance as needed plus oiling the adjacent parking lot at the Grace Library.
