An angler caught a large native trout at a Blackfoot area reservoir last Sunday. The fish weighed 23 pounds 9 ounces and was weighed in Garland Utah with a signed statement confirming the weight. County official Bud Woodall was contacted to enter the catch in the local big trout contest.
