4 H youths plan a July Fourth program at the county club congress with tours and study meant to guide older members. A Gem staffer will accompany, with a schedule including forest tours and international exchange visitors. The Soda Springs Chamber meets to organize a city parade route due to construction and to back a Jaycees led fireworks drive with funding from city, industry, and groups. Blocks Promote Bill Stanley to Buyer for Idaho Utah group
