In Grace, a push for leash rules on dogs over 200 pounds confronts petitions for and against. About eighty six dog owners signed a counter petition as a vote on the ordinance nears, highlighting concerns over pet welfare, neighbor rights, and enforcement challenges.
Grace Ward moved the Sacrament Meeting to 6 P.M. The first at the new time was last Sunday evening.
