Jill Wilson five year old daughter of Mr and Mrs James Wilson of RIE has been named Idaho's 1973 Heart Child. Governor Andrus met with Jill and family to proclaim February as National Heart Month and to get acquainted with the girl who recently underwent open heart surgery that will enable her to lead a full and active life.

Bancroft Man Elected PCA Officer At Idaho Meetings
R Bland Lee of Old Republic Insurance spoke at the Eastern Idaho PCA stockholders meetings held January 24 at Idaho State University and January 25 in Idaho Falls. About 700 farmers and families from 16 Eastern Idaho counties attended. Adolph Mauch and Larry L. Smith were reelected to terms of three years. Mauch elected President and Lafe Holbrook of Bancroft was named Vice President at a Idaho Falls reorganization. The five member board includes Darwin L. Young and O. W. Robison, with Larry L. Smith also on the board. The PCA loaned about 68 million to farmers in 1972.
