Multiple Vehicle Crashes Reported Across County Roads
A series of injuries and property damages were recorded in recent traffic mishaps from Soda Springs to Bancroft and Grace. Vehicles including a 1963 Ford pickup, a 1963 International Scout, a 1962 Oldsmobile, and others collided on icy or winding roads. deputies listed damages ranging from minor to several hundred dollars. Gail M Ray of Grace owned the Chevrolet 4-hr sedan that slid left of State Highway 34 and struck a Mountain State Telephone pole near Rex's Sales on a private road. Doyle G Ray of Grace drove the car, causing about $100 in damage. the pole sustained $40 damage. Deputy Waiters investigated on December 14.
